The Commission is revising this collection to reflect the Commissionâs adoption of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (âNPRMâ) in MB Docket No. 16-161, FCC 16-62, In the Matter of Revisions to Public Inspection File Requirements â Broadcaster Correspondence File and Cable Principal Headend Location, adopted on May 25, 2016. The NPRM proposes to remove and reserve 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1708.
The Commission has the following program changes to this collection as a result of the information collection requirements adopted in FCC 16-62: +16,733 to the number of respondents, -1,010 to the number of annual responses, -20,101 to the annual burden hours and +$13,967 to the annual cost.
