State Fire Marshals use FS-3100-8
(Annual Wildfire Summary Report) to collect information for the
Forest Service about wildfire suppression efforts by state and
local fire fighting agencies in order to support specific
congressional funding requests for the Forest Service State and
Private Forestry Cooperative Fire Program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
