Abstract: The goal of this project is to define a core set of data elements to be used for hypothesis generation during multistate foodborne investigations. It will be used by federal, State, and local public health officials responsible for conducting interviews with reported cases of enteric diseases to systematically assess core exposure elements. This is a revision request with changes to the questionnaire to better align with existing questionnaires and improve question comprehension.
