This is a request for regular
extension of a currently approved collection. There was a program
adjustment due to a greater that previously estimated number of
respondents submitting Letters of Intent for the Rural Energy
Savings Program (RESP) during FY 2016 resulting in an increase of
68 hours, from 1,354 to 1,422, in the estimated annualized burden
hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
