The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") seeks renewed clearance for its enforcement of the information collection requirements in the Prescreen Opt Out Notice Rule, which applies to certain motor vehicle dealers, and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") of the provisions (subpart F) of the CFPB's Regulation V regarding other entities.
