Abstract: This is a non-substantive change request. The changes that have been made to the 2017 Census of Agriculture questionnaire based on the first phases of testing have been incorporated into the attached questionnaire. This final phase of the testing will involve an online Internet testing of the questionnaire. In addition there will be several questions that are being added onto the online survey to inquire about the usability of the questionnaire.

Short Statement: This is a reinstatement of a collection that was retired on Jan. 26, 2010. The Census content survey is done once every five years in preparation for the next Census of Agriculture.
