Short Statement: In this renewal submission the 240 burden hours for the SF 270 was removed. SF-270 is now a common form and burden will now be submitted under an RCF. Burden for forms RD 1940-20 (14 hours) and RD 1951-65 (39 hours) was previously shown under “Forms approved under other OMB numbers” is now accounted for in this collection. These changes result in a decrease of -187 burden hours for this submission.
