Short Statement: This is an extension of a currently approved collection. The non-substantial change in inventory in item 13 of page 1 reflects project owners that paid or prepaid their mortgage and no longer have a regulatory or Section 8 HAPC requirement to HUD to maintain residual receipts or reserve for replacements escrows, the change in inventory also includes newly insured projects that have been added to the portfolio since last report.
