Other Changes/Justification Statement: This change request is to include estimates for industry standard business practices associated with lender servicing activities involving ongoing and periodic permanent loan servicing, event driven risk management, and notifications to HUD. These standard business practice burden hours were calculated but not counted towards the overall annual burden of this document collection. In order to serve its clients better, HUD has made the following non material change: HUD updated the table of calculated burden hours to reflect industry standard business practices. These hours were calculated but not counted towards the overall annual burden of this document collection.
