Section 104(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act directs the Commission to issue safety standards for durable infant or toddler products. The Safety Standard for Infant Bouncer Seats incorporates the ASTM voluntary standard with certain additions and modifications. There are requirements for marking, labeling, and instructional literature that are information collection requirements under the PRA.
