The Federal Trade Commission (âFTCâ or âCommissionâ) proposes to conduct an analysis of electronic cigarette (âe-cigaretteâ) sales and marketing activities. The Commission will seek the information necessary to prepare this analysis through compulsory process under Section 6(b) of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 46(b).
