Abstract: Registrants are required to notify DDTC in the event of a change in registration information or if the registrant is a party to a merger, acquisition, or divestiture of an entity producing, marketing, or brokering ITAR-controlled items. Based on certain conditions enunciated in the IT AR, respondents must notify DDTC of these changes at differing intervals - no less than 60 days prior to an event. in the event a foreign party gains control of the registrant, and/or within 5 days ofa transaction's culmination.
