The Federal Trade Commission seeks
comments on issues related to recent Department of Energy
regulatory actions or new issues raised by commenters in response
to a November 2, 2015 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, including
disclosure changes regarding portable air conditioner labeling,
large-diameter and high-speed small-diameter ceiling fan labels,
electric instantaneous water heater labeling.

The proposed amendments will
result in an estimated additional 11,456 burden hours, annualized,
and cumulative of all affected manufacturers, their affected
product models, etc.
