Short Statement: The number of respondents increased by 1,698, and the burden hours increased by 5,992 in this request. The number of responses decreased by 5,992. The increase is due primarily to increased caseload and different calculations with regard to how travel time calculated. Actual respondents and responses to several forms and non-form collections were reduced based on improved reporting capabilities indicating fewer borrowers and businesses utilizing the servicing actions that required those collections.
