Abstract: The Personal Information Questionnaire is used by the Marine Corps as a standardized methodin rating officer program applicants in the areas of character, leadership, ability, and suitability for service as a commissioned officer. The respondents are individuals who are familiar with the applicants.

There has been a change in burden hours requested since the last OMB approval. After reevaluating the program, it was determined that a lower number of burden hours are required, due to the mission drawdown.
