Abstract: Federal agencies are required to evaluate the creditworthiness of an individual before he or she is first issued a travel charge card, if no credit scores is available the agency must conduct an alternative creditworthiness assessment to determine if the individual has a satisfactory credit history. This for will be used to gather the information necessary to make that determination.
