The AIDAR is USAID's supplement to the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). AIDAR information collection
elements are for prudent management and administration of public
funds under USAID contracts, to provide services to small
businesses, benefits to contractor employees, or to determine
contractor responsibility.
This form will decrease the
burden and the information is being gathered to maintain a
standardized form as the cover page of a binding contract between
the government and the personal service contractor. A cover page
form for personal services contractors was previously approved in
the AIDAR.
