VETS Employment Challenge: Phase V User Testing

Thank you for volunteering to participate as a “user” in the User Experience Testing portion of Phase V of the Veterans Employment Challenge. To learn more about the challenge, please visit https://www.challenge.gov/challenge/vets-match/.

DOLVETS recently announced the winning finalist of the VETS Employment challenge, Eightfold.Ai. Eightfold.ai now moves into Phase V of the competition and was invited to participate a pilot demonstration of their product with Transitioning Service Members, Employers and Instructors. Participation in the User Experience Testing for this Phase of the competition holds an important role because the feedback will have a direct impact on the final outcome of the competition. In order to be the Grand Prize winner and possibly be incorporated into the TAP program, Eightfold.Ai must receive an 80% approval rating of their solution.

Attachment: One attachments is included with this email. The attachment is a submission from Eightfold.Ai and includes a link to their demo and solution.

User Testing Instructions:

1. Review the attached PDF/Link, demo etc.

2. Open the Survey Link: INSERT LINK

3. Answer the Survey questions and click “Done” when finished.

Please Note: When choosing a user group for question #2, you may fall into more than one category. However, please choose the user group you were contacted to represent. For example, if the Department of Defense (DOD) contacted you through the TAP program, please select “Transitioning Service Member.” If you are unsure, please select the best user group that applies to you.

4. Complete the Survey by 5:00pm EST Friday August 21, 2020.

The content of attached PDF documents and included links is considered the proprietary information of the submitter.  As such, individuals who are authorized to access, review, and perform testing of a solver’s product for the purpose of “Phase V: Implementation Pilot” of the Challenge are prohibited from copying, modifying, and/or distributing the content of the Information, whether in whole or part.
