Understanding how Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) data are used

Welcome!
We are conducting this survey to collect feedback from data users on how the Quarterly Census of Employment and
Wages (QCEW) data (produced in cooperation by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the states) are used. We will carefully consider all
of the responses to this survey as we update our confidentiality procedures and continue to improve the utility of our data.

This voluntary survey is being collected by the Bureau of Labor Statistics under OMB No. 1225-0088 (Expiration Date: October 31,
2020). Without this currently-approved number, we could not conduct this survey. We estimate that it will take on average 15 minutes
to complete this survey. We will use the information you provide for internal, informational purposes only. Your participation is voluntary,
and you have the right to stop at any time. This survey is being administered by SurveyMonkey and resides on a server outside of the
BLS Domain. The BLS cannot guarantee the protection of survey responses and advises against the inclusion of sensitive personal
