VETS Employment Challenge: Phase II Rapid User Testing

Thank you for volunteering to participate as a “user” in the Rapid User Testing portion of Phase II of the Veterans Employment Challenge. To learn more about the challenge, please visit https://www.challenge.gov/challenge/vets-match/.

**Please Note** You must be 18 years of age or older to complete this survey.

The top 10 applicants (now referred to as Solvers) in Phase I moved into Phase II and were invited to participate in “rapid testing” sessions with actual users February 17-21, 2020. This Rapid User Testing is an opportunity for Solvers to present their wireframe (an image or set of images which displays the functional elements of a website or page, typically used for planning a site's structure and functionality.) to actual users to receive feedback, and then submit an updated wireframe at the end of this phase.

The Phase II Solvers are (in alphabetical order):

    2. Eightfold

    3. Enfuego

    4. JobPath Partners

    5. LinkedIn

    6. Pathfinder Labs

    7. Purepost

    8. Square Peg Hires

    9. Vantage Point

    10. Vet It

Attachments: One PDF attachment is included with this email. The attachment includes a submission from each of the Phase II Solvers. The submission may include screenshots of the or images of the submitted wireframe, or it may include a link to the wireframe for review.

User Testing Instructions:

  1. Select one Phase II Solver from the attached document.

  2. Open the Survey Link: INSERT LINK HERE

  3. Answer the Survey questions for your selected Phase II Solver and click “Done” when finished.

Please Note: When choosing a user group for question #2, you may fall into more than one category. However, please choose the user group you were contacted to represent. For example, if the Department of Defense (DOD) contacted you through the TAP program, please select “Transitioning Service Member.”

  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 for each of the 10 Phase II Solvers.

  2. Complete all Surveys by 5:00pm Eastern time, Friday February 21, 2020.
