Total Approved Previously Approved Change Due to New Statute Change Due to Agency Discretion Change Due to Adjustment in Estimate Change Due to Potential Violation of the PRA
Annual Number of Responses 355 680 0 0 -325 0
Annual Time Burden (Hours) 8,875 16,840 0 0 -7,965 0
Annual Cost Burden (Dollars) 0 0 0 0 0 0
The total burden hours and respondents for the DDRA program have decreased (from the previously approved OMB application package) due to the fact that we have received fewer applications in the last three grant award competitions. From FY 2013 –FY 2016, we have received an average of 310 applications. Therefore, we have reduced the number of institutional and individual respondents (from 680 to 355) and decreased the total burden hours (from 16,840 to 8,875) for the DDRA program. The reduction of 325 respondents and 7965 burden hours is considered an adjustment.
