US Code:
22 USC 2452(b)(6) Name of Law: Mutual Educational and Cultural
Exchange Act
The total burden hours and
respondents for the DDRA program have decreased (from the
previously approved OMB application package) due to the fact that
we have received fewer applications in the last three grant award
competitions. From FY 2013 –FY 2016, we have received an average of
310 applications. Therefore, we have reduced the number of
institutional and individual respondents (from 680 to 355) and
decreased the total burden hours (from 16,840 to 8,875) for the
DDRA program. The reduction of 325 respondents and 7965 burden
hours is considered an adjustment.
