Abstract: The OGE Form 278e is the executive branchwide form for collecting financial information from high-level personnel (new entrants, nominees, candidates, incumbents and terminees of covered executive branch Government positions) as required under the Ethics in Government Act and OGE regulations for agency conflicts analysis and public availability.
