Attachment H: Invitation to Survey for Non-Response Bias Study

This is a short message to ask a favor of you. The USDA National Plant Germplasm System (NPGS) has been collecting information about users’ experiences. While that questionnaire is closed, you can still provide valuable input. USDA’s Economic Research Service is asking NPGS users who didn’t respond to that study to answer a much briefer set of questions. Answering these questions will take less than five minutes. If you did not request or receive genetic resources from the NPGS, please reply because that information is helpful too.
