Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to amended the fruits and vegetables regulations to allow the importation of commercial shipments of fresh beans, shelled or in pods, from Jordan into the continental United States. This includes French, green, snap, and string beans.

Short Statement: There is a program change increase of +5,025 responses resulting in an increase of +43 total burden hours. The increase is due to APHIS now accounting for burden of: Phytosanitary Certificates (business); Packinghouse Registration (Foreign Government); and Inspections (Foreign Government and business). These were erroneously omitted from the previous collection and are now being reported as a violation.
