As stated in the Federal Register published on November 23, 2016, and Supporting Statement, we are requesting OMB No. 0581-0299, Processed Egg and Egg Products Verification Program approved on March 20, 2017 be merged into the currently approved 0581-0128 collection. Upon approval to merge these collection packages, we will submit a Discontinuation Request to delete the 0581-0299 collection to prevent duplication.
This request will increase the 0581-0128 number of respondents by 43; number of annual responses by 645; and the burden hours by 129. The affected public would primarily be exporters of processed egg and egg products. One form in the approved 0581-0299 collection will be merged:
LPS-234, USDA Processed Egg and Egg Products Export Certificate
