YCC Grantee Survey Phone Screener

Team members will contact each of the 24 grantees by phone to complete this short screener. The screener confirms that YCC is still being implemented starting in the same grade and in the same school as was described in the first grantee survey. This information will be used to tailor the fillable .pdf survey that we will send to the program to complete.
