Section 1252(e)(3) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, requires the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to prepare and publish an annual report, by appropriate region, that assesses demand response resources, including those available from all consumer classes. The Commission will use the information obtained by the survey to prepare and publish a report, as required by section 1252(e)(3) of EPAct 2005. The Commission has obtained OMB clearance for prior versions of this survey. This request is for the 2017 version of the survey, as described in this package. This package contains an attachment to the instructions for completing FERC-733. The links for the instructions will be activated once OMB approves this form.
