Law and regulations require that a disability annuitant who is restored to earning capacity before reaching age 60 lose his/her annuity. RI 30-2 is used by disability annuitants under age 60 to report their earnings. This is done annually. This ICR has been revised to update to make editorial changes including to update the Zip Code and the dates.
