preventive actions to ensure worker safety.

The Agency requests an
adjustment decrease of 1 (one) burden hour associated with this
Information Collection Request (from 37,801 hours to 37,800 hours).
This is a result of the Agency no longer taking a burden or cost
for disclosure of records during an OSHA inspection.
