On March 15, 2019, NSF released a Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) announcing the NSF Convergence Accelerator Pilot (NSF C-Accel or C-Accel). This DCL called for researchers to submit 2-page Research Concept Outlines (RCOs) proposing a research team, research topic, and deliverables related to three tracks: Open Knowledge Network (A1), AI and Future Jobs (B1), and the National Talent Ecosystem (B2).
We would like to get feedback on the submission process. As a submitter of an RCO (and a full Phase 1 proposal) for the pilot program you have been selected to provide feedback about your experiences with this pilot program. This feedback is important and will help to make improvements to the NSF C-Accel program for the future.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. Your identity and responses are not linked to your RCO (or Phase 1 proposal). Results of this survey will be used in aggregate to inform future program planning. Your participation and responses are not linked to any current or future funding award decisions made by NSF.
