TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: International Trade Administration (ITA) Brand and Identity Review
PURPOSE: The purpose is to assess the perceptions of ITA’s current customers and potential customers as a basis of refining and/or remaking ITA’s identity and brand. This information collection focuses on the awareness, understanding, attitudes, and preferences of customers and potential customers relating to existing or future services.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:
The respondents include foreign companies within ITA’s top ten markets. ITA’s top ten foreign markets are China, Mexico, India, Brazil, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Japan, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.

FEDERAL COST: The estimated annual cost is a GS-14 step 7 at 40 hours: $64.41/hr (pre-tax). 40 hours= $2,576.40. In addition, a GS-12 step 4 at 20 hours: $42.02/hr. 20 hours= $840.40.

Survey participants, representative of ITA’s top ten foreign markets, will be randomly selected from a database of companies provided by ITA’s Industry and Analysis unit. The survey respondents will receive an e-mail with a link to survey monkey.
