Office of Human Capital Services (OHCS) Customer Engagement Survey

PURPOSE:

Provide general opinions and attitudes regarding customer service and engagement experiences from clients serviced by the NOAA Office of Human Capital Services (OHCS). The results will be analyzed and used to identify improvements to OHCS products and services.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

NOAA Federal employees who have been offered and provided services or consultations from the Office of Human Capital Services (OHCS).

The audience for the survey is NOAA Federal employees who receive services from OHCS. The survey is voluntary and uses pull technology (we are not distributing the link, it is embedded into our signature line and respondents can voluntarily click on it to complete the survey). We will utilize the NOAA email address account as our customer list universe, and responses are restricted to users in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and trusted domains. Responses from outside the NOAA email network will be removed from the survey analysis.

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Provide the name of the collection that is the subject of the request. (e.g. Comment card for soliciting feedback on xxxx)

PURPOSE: Provide a brief description of the purpose of this collection and how it will be used. If this is part of a larger study or effort, please include this in your explanation.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: Provide a brief description of the targeted group or groups for this collection of information. These groups must have experience with the program.

TYPE OF COLLECTION: Check one box. If you are requesting approval of other instruments under the generic, you must complete a form for each instrument.

CERTIFICATION: Please read the certification carefully. If you incorrectly certify, the collection will be returned as improperly submitted or it will be disapproved.
