General Information

Welcome to the 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey for EDA grantees!
The objective of this survey is to gather feedback on your experience related to the grant management
experience with EDA, as well as the quality of the assistance offered by EDA pertaining to the work on your
project. For the purposes of this survey, 'grant' refers to both grants and cooperative agreements.
Your feedback will help EDA improve its customer service to better serve you and communities and/or
organizations like yours in the future.
