Abstract: This proposed rule would temporarily suspend or delay many of the regulations (and many of the information collection activities) in a 2016 final rule that would assist in reducing wasteful venting, flaring, and leaks of natural gas from onshore wells located on Federal and Indian oil and gas leases, units and communitized areas. However, the proposed rule would not suspend or postpone four of the rule’s information collection activities.
