Other Changes/Justification Statement: In order to serve its clients better, HUD has made the following non material change: A new Previous Participation Review regulation was published October 14, 2016 (24 CFR Part 200, Docket No. FR-5850-F-04) which clarifies who needs to file form HUD-2530 and will reduce unnecessary filings. Filing is now restricted to controlling participants, and individuals/entities who do not have day-to-day control over the project are now excluded from filing.
