Other Changes/Justification Statement: To serve its clients better, HUD has made the following non-material change: The Form 90005 was converted to a Fillable PDF document to reduce the preparation burden on the applicants and to reduce the review burden on OHC staff. The email address for the submission of the applications was changed as OHC set-up a specific mailbox for submission/receipt of the applications. The title for Ms. George was corrected. The deadline for submission was changed to “Electronically submitted applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m., ET, on the listed application due date.”. This is to clarify the deadline. There is no change in the Total Annual Hours.
