This voluntary program certifies
private veterinary practitioners to work cooperatively with Federal
veterinarians and State animal health authorities to help ensure
that exported animals will not introduce diseases into another
State or country.
With this reinstatement there
is a program change resulting in 23,801 responses and 11,901 burden
hours. An additional burden, Request for Appeal, was inadvertently
not included in the previous submission. It adds one response and
one hour to the information collection.
