Short Statement: The program is continually being reviewed to determine any impact from housing market conditions. Also, this is a revolving program with consultants being removed from and/or added to the approved list or voluntarily withdrawing from the list, therefore additional consultants are projected to apply for and be approved to perform inspection services under the 203(k) program on an annual basis.
