Miscellaneous Actions
HEROS has been put into production since this collection was last submitted in 2014. As a result, HUD is now able to collect data on how much the system has actually been used, as opposed to attempting to guess at how much it would be used. The number of responses indicated in Item 13 reflects the actual number of responses collected in a 365-day period. The estimated cost and hourly burden is reduced, because the previous estimates were significantly higher than the actual numbers reflected in HEROS.
