Under this information collection, the
Commission proposes to collect information to determine whether
applicants that were selected in coordination with New York's New
NY Broadband Program are technically and financially capable of
meeting the terms and conditions of Connect America Phase II
support.
This is a new information
collection resulting in a program change/increase of 50
respondents, 150 responses and 500 burden hours. These estimates
will be added to OMB’s Inventory.
