Justification for No Material/Nonsubstantive Change for
“Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery”
In June 2014, OMB desk officer discovered that the underlying gen ICR was set for a 10 business day approval, instead of 5 days. This nonsubstantive change request is to correct fast-track approval time frame. Therefore, a Change Worksheet, OMB 83-C was submitted in June 2014 to reset approval time frame from 10 days to 5 days.
