The purpose of this collection is to
amend the fruits and vegetables regulations to allow, under certain
conditions, the import into the United States of commercial
shipments of tomatoes with stems from the Republic of Korea into
the United States.
There is a program change
increase of +90 responses resulting in an increase of +50 total
burden hours due to the addition of the following activities which
had previously been inadvertently omitted will be reported as
violations by APHIS: • Phytosanitary Certificate w/Declaration
(Business) • Registered pest-exclusionary structures (Foreign
Gov't) • Monthly inspection of pest-exclusionary structures
(Business) • Trapping for Bactrocera depressa (Business and Foreign
Gov't) • Trapping Mitigations (Business and Foreign Gov't)
