HUD is evaluating the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) Program to understand the early implementation of this new housing assistance model for persons with disabilities. The data collected will be used to compare and contrast program designs across states; compare actual versus planned approaches and results; and identify themes in terms of design approaches, successes, and challenges. Interviews will be conducted with the grantee housing agency and Medicaid and other partner agencies
