Federal Hazardous Substances Act, and Flammable Fabrics Act require
that prior to exporting noncomplying products, the exporter must
first notify CPSC of its intention and the CPSC must, in turn,
notify the country of destination.

It seems the prior submission
for this ICR miscalculated the number of burden hours by only
presenting the annual burden of one firm. We expect 5 firms to
respond, with each spending about 9 hours on their responses, for a
total of 45 burden hours.
