RE: Nonsubstantive Revisions to Interagency Appraisal Complaint Form

FDIC is submitting for OMB review and approval minor, nonsubstantive revisions to the form associated with its information collection entitled “Interagency Appraisal Complaint Form” (OMB Control Number 3064-0190). The FDIC is converting the currently-approved paper version of the Interagency Appraisal Complaint Form to an electronic form. The information is exactly the same as that contained in the current paper form. The form will only be available electronically on the FDIC’s website (www.fdic.gov).
