Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. The Agency is requested next time this ICR is submitted for approval to submit an umbrella ICR that includes only the burden attributable to USDA use of the forms approved under this ICR. USDA is requested to ask the other agencies that use these forms to submit their own ICRs to cover the non-USDA agency use of the forms approved under this ICR.
