This collection of information focuses
on the ND Grants System which is a web-based grants management
system that fulfills FEMA’s strategic initiative to consolidate the
entire non-disaster grants management lifecycle into a single
system. Currently, ND Grants has functionality that supports the
grantee application process, award acceptance, amendments, and
performance reporting.

There has been a decrease in
the annual hour burden previously reported due to the FEMA Form 112
series of forms are no longer being used and has been removed from
the collection. A new form number has been added to the collection
which is FEMA Form 080-0-0-15. This form number has been assigned
to the ND Grants web-based grants management system.
The FEMA grant programs utilize ND Grants
System using the following Standard Forms with the estimated burden
hours: SF-424, 721.5 burden hours; SF-424A, 1780.5 burden hours;
SF-424B, 593.5 burden hours; SF-424C, 1780.5 burden hours; SF-424D,
296.75 burden hours; SF-LLL, 118.7 burden hours;
