Short Statement: Based on agency experience and changes, there were minor agency adjustments in some grantees needing amended award amounts, having workplan changes, and submitting requests related to project duration extensions, resulting in an overall reduction of -6 hours. This submission has a total of 146 responses. In the previous submission the total responses were 168, but was entered incorrectly as 7 (number of respondents). This submission corrects this error reflecting an increase of 139 responses.
