Short Statement: The program increased the number of respondents from 8 to 15, adding 7 importers. Agency estimates for two activities increased due to increased imports. Three activities had program changes attributed to additional respondent types being added to the activities and adjustments to the number of responses for each activity. Five activities are new and not captured in previous submissions. While being below the reporting threshold, they are added for burden analysis.
