This is a reminder that you have two more weeks to provide your feedback regarding the assessment of the value, need, gaps, and impact of strategic partnerships between territorial and local health departments (LHD) with the highest STD morbidity (syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea) and their STD clinical partners. Recently we invited you to participate in an online assessment for CDC. We noticed that you have not yet responded. We kindly ask that you fill out the assessment.
